Refund policy
All RENOVÓ biological formulations are perishable medical-grade products shipped under controlled temperature conditions. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or defective, we will replace it at no charge. To initiate a replacement:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Dimitri@renovobiologics.com with your order number and a description of the damage or defect. Photographic documentation of the damage may be requested. Upon verification, a replacement will be shipped within 2 business days.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us immediately at Dimitri@renovobiologics.com. We will arrange the correct shipment at no additional cost.
Clinical Partners
Clinical account holders with questions regarding orders should contact Dimitri@renovobiologics.com directly. All clinical orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cold Chain Integrity
RENOVÓ biological products are shipped with cold chain packaging designed to maintain product integrity during transit. RENOVÓ is not responsible for product degradation resulting from delays caused by the carrier, incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout, or failure to retrieve the package promptly upon delivery notification.
