RENOVÓ Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Cold Chain Shipping
RENOVÓ biological formulations are temperature-sensitive products. All biological orders are shipped with cold chain packaging — including insulated containers and dry ice or gel packs as appropriate — to maintain product integrity during transit. We recommend being available to receive your order promptly upon delivery. Do not leave biological products unattended for extended periods after delivery.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
RENOVÓ ships via FedEx or UPS overnight and 2-day services for all domestic biological formulations to ensure cold chain integrity is maintained throughout transit. International shipments are dispatched via expedited international courier services. Standard ground shipping is not available for biological products. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. RENOVÓ is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Destinations
RENOVÓ ships worldwide. International orders are accepted unless prohibited by the laws, regulations, or import restrictions of the destination country. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm that the importation of biological products is permitted in their country prior to placing an order. RENOVÓ reserves the right to decline any order shipping to a destination where legal or regulatory restrictions apply.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order contents, destination, and selected shipping method. Cold chain shipping requirements mean that expedited shipping is standard for all biological orders. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Cold Chain Integrity & Liability
RENOVÓ takes every precaution to ensure products are packaged appropriately for transit. However RENOVÓ is not responsible for product degradation resulting from carrier delays beyond our control, incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout, failure to retrieve the package promptly upon delivery notification, customs delays or inspections, or extreme weather conditions affecting transit.
If you have concerns about your shipment upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours at Dimitri@renovobiologics.com before opening or using the product.
