Exosomes are membrane-bound extracellular vesicles, characterised by tetraspanin surface markers (CD9, CD63, CD81) together with cytosolic markers including Alix, TSG101 and FLOT1. RENOVÓ's Wharton's jelly line is isolated from the conditioned medium of mesenchymal stromal cells cultured from human umbilical cord tissue.
EXO-10 is the entry presentation of the line at 12.23 ±1.73 billion particles, supplied lyophilised in a 5mL format. It is reconstituted with copper peptide solution rather than saline, so the reconstitution medium itself carries GHK-Cu. Formulated for topical application.
