CM-2 — Conditioned Media · Full MSC Secretome
Conditioned media is the secretome — the soluble fraction of what cultured mesenchymal stromal cells release into their medium, including growth factors, cytokines and signalling proteins. Exosomes are the vesicular fraction of the same medium. The two are different preparations of a common source, not grades of the same thing.
RENOVÓ supplies both, labelled for what they are. A secretome is soluble and unencapsulated. An exosome is membrane-bound. Suppliers who sell secretome under the word exosome are selling a different category of product, and a practitioner is entitled to know which one they are holding.
CM-2 is the 2mL presentation, supplied liquid frozen.
