Exosomes are membrane-bound extracellular vesicles, characterised by tetraspanin surface markers (CD9, CD63, CD81) together with cytosolic markers including Alix, TSG101 and FLOT1. RENOVÓ's Wharton's jelly line is isolated from the conditioned medium of mesenchymal stromal cells cultured from human umbilical cord tissue.
EXO-30 is the 30 billion particle presentation, supplied lyophilised in a 5mL format and reconstituted with copper peptide solution rather than saline. Formulated for topical application.
Where a practitioner's protocol also calls for Wharton's jelly, EXO-30 is commonly ordered alongside WJ-75.
