EXO-50 — Exosomes · Wharton's Jelly
Exosomes are membrane-bound extracellular vesicles, characterised by tetraspanin surface markers (CD9, CD63, CD81) together with cytosolic markers including Alix, TSG101 and FLOT1. RENOVÓ's Wharton's jelly line is isolated from the conditioned medium of mesenchymal stromal cells cultured from human umbilical cord tissue.
EXO-50 is the 50 billion particle presentation — measured at 52.5 ±1.73 billion by nanoparticle tracking analysis on the current lot — supplied lyophilised in a 5mL format. It may be reconstituted with copper peptide solution for topical use, or with a carrier of the treating clinician's choosing.
