CM-1 — Baseline Conditioned Media
Conditioned media is the soluble secretome — the complete spectrum of growth factors, cytokines, and signalling proteins released by umbilical cord stem cells into their surrounding environment. Where exosomes deliver biological signals in membrane-protected vesicles, conditioned media releases these factors freely in solution — providing immediate, broad ambient signal availability the moment treatment is delivered.
CM-1 provides baseline soluble factor exposure across the treatment area, filling the biological communication space that vesicular delivery cannot reach. It does not replace exosome signalling — it complements it, creating the immediate ambient environment in which cellular response is initiated and sustained.
CM-1 is the conditioned media component of the full biological environment protocol, typically paired with WJ-300 and EXO-90 for complete structural, sustained, and immediate signalling coverage.
