CM-2 — Expanded Conditioned Media
Conditioned media is the soluble secretome — the complete spectrum of growth factors, cytokines, and signalling proteins released by umbilical cord stem cells into their surrounding environment. Where exosomes deliver biological signals in membrane-protected vesicles, conditioned media releases these factors freely in solution — providing immediate, broad ambient signal availability the moment treatment is delivered.
CM-2 is the expanded conditioned media formulation. At 2mL it provides greater soluble factor reach across larger tissue areas — indicated for applications requiring broader immediate signal coverage than the baseline CM-1 format can provide.
CM-2 is the longevity protocol component — paired with EXO-180 to produce the most complete systemic regenerative environment available within the RENOVÓ platform. Together they address both the sustained targeted signalling of the vesicular delivery and the immediate expansive soluble factor environment that no exosome formulation alone can provide.
